We are excited to invite you to our Spring 2008 Yoga and Meditation Retreat at the Lodge at Riggins Hot Springs, right on the Salmon River, a half- hour upstream from Riggins, Idaho. In this gorgeous and exclusive setting we will engage in rejuvenating yoga and meditation sessions twice daily with lots of time in-between for soaking in the natural hot springs, sauna, hiking, and enjoying the stunning 150 acre ranch.
After three successful “Art of Intention” retreats in the fall of 2006, spring 2007, and fall 2007 we decided, based on feedback from our participants and our own experience, to focus exclusively on yoga and meditation in the Spring of 2008. Morning and afternoon yoga and meditation sessions (see detailed schedule link) will allow you to completely relax, clear your mind, restore your energy, and immerse yourself in the healing environment of supportive women and natural beauty. Evening discussions will integrate benefits of the daily practice and encourage openness to new ideas and wider possibilities. All yoga and meditation sessions will accommodate practitioners of all experience levels and abilities, with emphasis on gentle and restorative practices.
Due to the size and exclusive nature of the Riggins Hot Springs setting, the number of participants at the retreat is limited. Registration fees include all lodging and meal cost, starting with dinner on Friday night and ending with lunch on Sunday. In reserving Riggins Hot Springs for our retreat, all the facilities and the whole ranch become exclusively reserved for our group alone.
Riggins Hot Springs has 17 double beds, 2 beds per room. This means, if you pay for single occupancy you are reserving a double bed for yourself alone. If you pay for double occupancy, you agree to share a double bed with a partner of your choice. All occupants will share rooms.
